Jamila D. Webb, CPA

Jamila brings more than 10 years of experience in public accounting to her role as partner and co-owner of Hinton Webb & Associates.Soon after earning her bachelor degree in accounting, she acquired her license as a Certified Public Accountant and is currently licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Jamila spent several years with Ernst & Young LLP – one of the world’s leading accounting firms, where she gained extensive experience working with federal, state and local government agencies. Prior to starting this firm, her career led her to work with other regional firms, gaining experience working within many other industries, including real estate and nonprofit industries.

With knowledge and expertise gained from years of working in the public accounting sector, Jamila has an excellent technical background in performing audits, compilations, reviews, as well as tax preparation and write-up services. She has the business skills and leadership ability essential to help clients meet their financial goals and maximize their competitive advantage.

She currently serves on the board of directors as Treasurer of a prominent Baltimore nonprofit. She is also a member of the Junior League of Baltimore, Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations (MANO), Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Cheryl A. Hinton, MBA, CPA

Cheryl brings more than 15 years of experience in private and public accounting to her role as partner and co-owner of Hinton Webb & Associates. She has a passion for serving people with integrity and character as a Christian woman and an ordained minister. She desires to partner with nonprofits organizations, including faith-based organizations, as well as other for profit businesses to help them to fulfill their goals and mission. Whether this is performing audits, reviews, compilations or handling monthly bookkeeping or write-up or tax work, she is experienced in all of these areas.

Cheryl earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and her master’s degree in Business Administration. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountants in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. She started her career in private accounting and was a manager of finance in the telecommunications industry prior to starting her career in public accounting. She has worked with regional and national public accounting firms gaining experience in real estate, local and state government agencies, and nonprofit industries.

She currently serves on the board of directors of a local faith-based nonprofit organization and is a member of Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations (MANO), Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
